You need to contact your institution to drop a course. We do not know which institution you're attending, so we cannot do more research for you and provide information specific to your school.
Often the ability to add or drop a class is contained within the student portal so I would start there. Sometimes you can find it by going to your institution's website and searching for drop or withdraw. If you can't find anything there, then you may want to look for registration, student services, or admissions. The office that handles this varies from school to school, but you can often find a contact number somewhere in the places I've suggested.
