[ARCHIVED] embedded videos not displaying images

Since today (Jan 19 2021), when I upload a video and embedded it in a Page, the video won't play the image just the audio. Anyone else having the same problem?I noticed that the UI changed. I wonder if something broke with it.

I just tested this in one of my sandboxes, and both image and sound worked just fine. I grabbed the embed code from a YouTube video, dumped it in the HTML editor for a page.

With the New RCE, you can use the embed media icon, which might be easier for those unfamiliar with the HTML Editor. This guide will help, How do I upload and embed media from an external source in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?

Have you tried simply deleting it and re-embedding it? May have just been a corrupted file.

If none of this works, I can only suggest submitting a support ticket.
