when I go to put points in it, in a couple of my students cells under a homework, the assignment is green. it doesn't show the points. Why is that?

Can you please provide some more details about your question?  Maybe include a screenshot or two (be sure not to include any student names or identifying information in those screenshots).

Also, just as an FYI, you posted the text of your question in the "Tags" area.  You might want to edit your question and move that text to the body of the question instead.  The "Tags" area is meant for you to type in keywords to include with your question.  This makes it easier for people to search for similar topics here in the Community...since the search tool looks for those keywords and then displays results that might be most helpful.

Hi! Have you explored the the icons and colors in the Gradebook? Green likely indicates that the item has been turned in again.
