Please contact the course instructor directly for additional guidance. The quickest way to do that is by sending a direct message through the Canvas inbox, as described in How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?, but if you're not yet enrolled in the class, you might need to find the instructors' external email address and contact them that way.
