In our Canvas instance, my role is Admin and part of my duties include creating images and videos for our courses. When I've uploaded the files they keep my id as owner. When I add the videos to a Page, I see the full list of videos in the right sidebar under Media. But the instructors in this course do not see what I see ... How can an admin reassign file ownership to other instructors? Or take away restrictions?

This test worked in reverse - a course where I was an instructor and uploaded videos to the course, my other Admin person could not see the sidebar content.@
