I have uploaded videos but the thumbnail is so small. How can I make the look of the video better to encourage clickthrus? Can I make the video thumbnail larger or add a border?

I post my videos as unlisted youtube videos, and then copy the embed code.  When you use embed code the video is actually displayed within canvas just like any video you see on any webpage.  All students need to do is click play.  You can adjust the size in the embed code, but overall embedded video looks better than a thumbnail.
