If you are asking about the Syllabus content area on the course navigation menu, then this guide will be helpful How do I manage Course Navigation links?
If you have posted your syllabus as a page or a file upload somewhere else in your Canvas Classroom, then that content will need to be published. The following guide will helphttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12796-4152180494
