Is that a function to setup auto holiday messages in Canvas Inbox.

Hi @MichaelWoong - This currently isn't available in the Canvas Inbox. However, other Community Members have shared that it would be useful. Please join the conversation and rate (star) the Idea: Auto-reply for Canvas messages.

If you utilize Notifications and have copies of Inbox messages sent to your school email, the auto-replies you have set for your email will also be applied in the replies that are sent back to students in Canvas.

I would also love to see this idea implemented. I don't see the option to rate (star) the idea. How do we suggest this idea be prioritized?

Can you clarify what you've mentioned about auto-replies, please? We tested it with an away message on our college gmail account, and it did not generate a message back to the student. Thank you!

Hi @MICHELLEHUBBARD - With the Ideas & Themes process, comments are only available on themes that are Open for Voting or themes that are Prioritized. Commenting is unavailable at the individual idea level. How do I participate with themes?

There needs to be a vacation message option on Canvas. Auto-replies are definitely needed for dealing with student and holiday issues.
