I am not sure how to record a video/audio to post into a discussion on canvas

Hello there,  @kduncan2  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Full disclosure...  I have never used Kaltura's video product, so I don't know how accurate the following information will be.  But, I searched the Googles, and I found a couple websites for you that might have some helpful information:
