[ARCHIVED] iPad not loading content using Kaltura videos attach?

Canvas not displaying modules correctly on iPad Pro. I have canvas version 6.6.12 professor uses Kaltura to creates videos an uploads them. YouTube video links display perfectly.

i have attach a picture of what it shows. I get no error code.

Is the video on the left working, but not the video on the right? It appears that these videos are being linked in two separate ways with the one on the left being a link and one of the right being part of a page. Let me know where you are with this and I'll try to continue helping.
