[ARCHIVED] inherited key for Google Hangout meet

I require to add Google Hangout meet to canvas, but I have a difficulty! I don't know how to make an API account for the Google Hangouts Meet. I read all the tutorials, but I don't get what to do for this case. All tutorials were completely general.

I made an API sample key, but the inherited section is empty, and I can't search Google Hangouts Meet. 

Please help me make a developer key account API and add Google Hangouts to the inherited section to add it to the canvas.
