I have problems logging in to CANVAS. I enter my password in the Log In to Canvas option and it tells me that I have incorrect log in information. I know my password is correct and my username, so I have no idea what is going on. I use the incognito mode in chrome to log in as well so it can be a problem with that. Also, when I try to reset my password I never receive the request form through email. Has this happened a lot?

Hi @tlyn
Did you verify that you are using the correct URL for your institution? Each institution has their own URL for their users to log into. If you are then my best suggestion would be to submit a ticket to support. On the login page you should see the "Help" option, click on that then "Report a Problem" this ticket will go to support which can better assist you with this issue.
