how to make announcements visible to students if announcements are not visible but at the same time located in the upper part (the enabled part) of the navigation pane (settings / navigation /)

Hi Wouterz, 

If you have set the Announcements menu item to be visible to students it should be, unless you haven't posted an announcement yet.  Then I think it's hidden.

I have posted an announcement. However, no change...."Announcements" remains unvisible to students
