How do I engage in an online class. I am registered to an online digital media class added I just don't know how to view the class and actually participate in it.

Hi  @galvarado472  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I am suspecting that you have already found your school's Canvas account, and have logged in, because that is likely how you got to this community - so you are very close.

Once you are logged into your school's Canvas account you will be on the Global Dashboard. On the left side of the Dashboard is a global navigation menu, and in that menu you will find a link called "Courses", click on that link, then click on the title of your course. Once in your course you should find instructions for what you need to do. However, not all teachers are created equally, so you also may not find those instructions.
