some times the teacher cant see the record button in conference. note that when she started the conference she had choose to be able to record

Hello @emaanhm and welcome to the Community. We recently had a faculty member who thought he indicated to record a session in BigBlueButton through the Conferences tab, but the concluded conference never had an option to review the recording. I could not verify that the record option had in fact been selected, but considering the issue you are having it would probably be a good idea to drop Canvas Support a line (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?) and report the issue. They may have heard of similar problems or want to look into this more. It never hurts to try in a different web browser, but submitting a ticket would be a great idea.
