why is it asking for an access code to take a quiz using proctorio when my professor said that there isn't one?

Hi there, @ManuelAmbriz …

Your instructor may need to re-check his/her quiz settings for Proctorio.  Unfortunately, I don’t think that many people here will be able to help with Proctorio because it is not a Canvas product.  Your best bet is to reach out to your instructor again about this.  Chances are that other classmates may also be seeing this, too.  Good luck!
