[ARCHIVED] "import assessment content as New Quizzes" option is grayed out

Hello,

I am a professor and am trying to import a QTI zip from Cengage into Canvass per https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-23051-how-do-i-import-a-quiz-from-a-qti-package However, the option for "import assessment content as New Quizzes" is grayed out and will not let me select it.  Does anyone know why?

Hi  @baugher1 ...

Do you know if your local Canvas administrator has enabled the New Quizzes interface for all courses at your school?  That's the first thing that came to mind.  Here are two short video tutorials to determine what Quizzes and New Quizzes looks like.  If you don't have access to use New Quizzes yet, that may be why you are experiencing the issue.
