Hi @gam22216 Welcome to the Canvas Community!
First, however you took your screenshot, save it to your computer. Save it where you can easily find it, like your desktop. Then follow the instructions in this step-by-step guide with pictures based on the rich content editor (RCE) version you are using at your school.
New RCE: How do I embed images from Canvas into the New Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
If you are just now investigating this in response to CoVid-19, I would also suggest researching what support and training is being made available to faculty at your school. I would also recommend checking out Prepare for Distance Learning with Canvas LMS Experts at 9:00 am this morning. It will be recorded.
