Because my students seem to inspire eachother quit much when they see eachothers work... I'd like how i could organize in CANVAS, this possibility when students upload their work and I comment it... how can they easily look to eachothers work?

You could use the Discussion Board for this -- students can type text, but also can embed or attach their documents, images, etc...

thanks a lot, it is an idea!
But when they upload as a delivery directly on the assignement, with all advantages of commentary, points, etc. ... there is no possibility to open up horizontally to colleages/students? maybe in future? or is this not a good idea?

Hi! Yes, if you make it a graded Discussion, you do have the Speedgrader for Points, feedback/comments, you can even add a Rubric.  Here are guides that can help:
