why is it hard to contact canvas? i have a specific question i want answers to.

Good evening, @u0870210 ...

I've heard that Canvas users are experiencing longer than normal wait times to get in contact with Canvas help desk staff...mainly due to COVID-19.  I've also heard, though, that if you have access to chatting online with Canvas support, that's actually quicker than trying to call by phone.  However, I tried to initiate a chat this afternoon, and I was 99+ in the queue line...and it had gone down to about 57 within 30-40 minutes.  I never did get to chat with them because my work day had ended.  Keep trying, though.

Is there anything that Community members might be able to help answer for you in the meantime?
