[ARCHIVED] why is my canvas not letting me open my assignments.

when i got to my canvas, my assignments are popping up but they are not letting open them, as well as the materials i need to purchase, and my dashboard has nothing popping up.

Hi  @daniel_morales5  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

Perhaps it is your browser.

Here are some ideas for you to try:

• Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
• Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
• If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
• There may be some other reasons that you cannot access your courses in Canvas...some of which are outlined here: Why can't I access my Course as a student?
