Am I able to bookmark a section within a unit?

When going in and out of a course on canvas, I lose the section I was working on. Is there any way of being able to track my last page such as a bookmark? Thank you.

Hi, Merna,

Canvas doesn't have a native bookmarking feature; you may want to save the current page as a browser bookmark instead if you want to return to the exact place where you were in the course.

If your course includes Modules, you could also use those as indicators as to where you are in the course.

Also, if you have an Android device, you can use the Canvas Student App and create bookmarks in the app directly. (iOS lets you create widgets, which aren't exactly the same but could be used similarly.) To get either app, search for the app in the respective app store. Once you're logged in, the app includes a help menu that lets you search how to use Canvas functionality if you need it, such as the bookmarking or widget functionality, respectively.
