Can content editor create videos with PowerPoint or other background images?

I would like to record a video in the rich content editor but want other than the room background. Is that possible?  Thank you.

Greetings! I just double-checked this guide --  How do I record media using the Rich Content Edito... - Canvas Community  -- and I'm not seeing the functionality to change the background of your recording.
