Cannot recover course exams through "undelete" or Beta.

Greetings,

I have an instructor that somehow imported over their original exam and wiped out the original quiz. We got he original exam back, but all of the student submissions are gone. Here is the faculty and course information if anyone is able to review the exam and possibly retrieve the student's content.

I used "undelete" to restore the course exams and no student submissions were available. Does anyone have any insights on how to get them back, or what could be causing this issue?

Thank you so much for this. One of my teammates advised of this also. The thing is, I thought this was the process for submitting a ticket. I have no clue how to do that and I haven't been getting clear answers of this. But thank you so much for your help.
