Canvas Admin Reports

Good afternoon,

I am trying to find a cheap way of finding out some data from our Canvas Instance.  I know under Admin > Settings there are reports.  But I wonder if the community can clue me in on how to find this data.

1) Need to know how many courses for the current term have posted content to the syllabus text box area.

2) Need to know how many courses for the current term have set up modules and posted x amount of content in the modules.

3) Need to know how many courses for the current term have assignments posted.

4) Need to know how many courses use the Grades area and have actually posted grades.

Are there any ready-made out of the box admin reports that can get this information to us easily.

Hello - I've created very detailed reports for each of these items (and countless more) using the add on service Canvas Data.   This isn't a 'ready-made out of the box' solution though. If interested, contact your CSM.  And if you do end up using Canvas Data there are quite a few reports I can help with.  ~ Jeff

My understanding is you can export the data and can sort/ arrange what info is needed. These numbered list can be one individual feature idea on its own though .
