Hello All -
My Daughter is trying to use the Canvas Student app on her iPhone xs and when she opens the app and then selects the school name it brings up Safari and has a string of text at the top of the screen that reads " The resource cannot be displayed because the file extension is not being accepted by your browser. "
We have cleared the cache and tried to use another browser but the app by default picks up safari.
Thank all.

Hi @davidlan -
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue. What happens if you use the QR sign-in?
How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?
After trying that route, let the Community know how things are going. 🙂

Did the QR code log in work? Let us know!
