Please make sure the version of Chrome you're using is supported; the list of supported browsers can be found in Which browsers does Canvas support? Once you've ascertained that you're using one of the two most recent versions of Chrome, if you're still experiencing difficulties, please ask Canvas Support to have a look. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
