Canvas VERY Slow...

We have roughly 28 users in a course in the free version of Canvas. Since all students became active, we are experiencing extremly slow loading times. Graphics sometimes don't load at all, and uploads take forever. Everything is lagging. Browser and IP address don't seem to make a difference. HELP?

@sarah_schroeder , greetings and welcome to the Canvas Community! This time of year many US schools are starting their Fall semester so things in general are busy and a little crazy. When you experience things like this, the best thing to do is check the Canvas Status page - Canvas Status
(this shows that there have been some known loading issues on 9/27 & 9/28). If the Status Page isn't showing anything the next thing to do is to contact Canvas Support. The best way to do this is to click on the Help link and Report a Problem.
