Hi, every time i am on the canvas it pops up a padlock and deny me access to my courses.What is this new feature?

Canvas is fully operational. You may want to try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check your device compatibility: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10721-67952720328
- Check your browser compatibility: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12293-67952720329
Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.* - Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
- If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support.
General instructions are in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10554-4212710328, but your school’s support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
