Hi,

I have two questions 1st, I submitted a ticket a few days ago via the help icon and didn't get a email confirmation or a ticket number. How do I check the status of my ticket? Also, when I log into canvas using my desktop computer my dashboard is completely grey out and blinks constantly. Any idea what is going on? Thanks

I to have this issue.  Canvas works on my Toshiba Laptop but is beyond useless on my Mac Desktop.  Dashboard blinks grey, and the other options there is nothing visible.  Would be great if their IT department were helpful
