Reduce MC question choices for ELL students

I want my ELL students to have fewer choices on a multiple choice quiz. Is there a way to moderate a Canvas quiz so that one incorrect answer is automatically dropped from each multiple choice question? Or do I have to build an entirely new question bank for each quiz?

I want this feature as well. When I saw that the New Quizzes had "accommodations," I didn't realize they were all time limit modifications.

Would love to see this option as well. For now, my solution is to create a copy of the quiz and reduce the options question by question. It is a pain.
