Due to Covid-19 I am not getting the response or solution I need. To my understanding, in order to close mys student account and open a teacher account, I have to use the Report A Problem. Well, the response is lagging. Is there no other way for me to close the account? I am on a time crunch.
You should be able to create a teacher account without having to close your student account. You may have to use another email address to use the teacher account, however.
