Course Image Not Displaying on Dashboard

For one of my courses, the course image is not displaying on my dashboard.  I uploaded a jpg to the image field in course settings.  It is listed under Course Image in Files.  The tile displays all white, even though I selected another color.  Does anyone know what the problem is?

I wonder if it has anything to do with the file size. Since it's a small space, a full-resolution image *may* cause a problem.

You can use free software like photopea.com to resize it. Please let the Community know if that does (or doesn't) solve the issue. I'm curious, too!

Yes, you are right, Kristin.  My image was too large.  When I resized it, it worked.  Thanks!
