Course renewal date

How do I find the dates for renewal dates for a course?

I do not understand what is meant by "renewal"?

Do you mean a new term or section? Canvas courses are not "renewed" per say. New course shells are created (manually or automatically) and users are enrolled (manually or automatically), content is created or copied in.
