My classes are super similar, in topic and in look. Does anyone know how to customize ANYTHING in canvas so I can tell my classes apart?

Can you provide some more details on your question?  For example, what are you wanting to customize inside of your Canvas course?  You can certainly create content pages that have different images or a different layout from course to course.  Is that what you are looking for?  Something else?  Also, on your Dashboard where your course cards display, you can add a image to differentiate one course from another...and even give your course(s) a custom nickname that only you would see.  Details are provided in these Guides:
