Deleteing an old submission folder

As a student, I need to delete files from my submission folder of CLOSED and Completed classes.  Is it possible.  My wife's account is out of space and will not allow her to upload and more school work.  If I can't who do I go to in order to have them removed?

Hi Bobby,  Thanks for the info, while that works just fine for our regular files and folders.  I and my wife have "Submission" files and folders from old classes.  In my wife's case, she is out of allotted space and can no longer load new submissions for school.  I understand not being able to deleted during the semester.  But what about after the semester is over?
