Did anyone else have their DNS pointer break today? We have a pointer set up where Canvas.ourdomain.com goes to our ourschool.instructure.com canvas site.

I am not sure of an answer for you, but I am going to share your question with the Canvas Developers‌ group here in the Community in hopes that your question will get some additional exposure.  If you are not yet following this group, please use the link that I've provided.  You'll see the "Follow" button and the "Actions" button at the top right corner of the screen.  Click on both buttons.  When you click on "Actions", you'll have to further select "Join group".  I hope this will be of help to you, Rebecca.
