Hi all - I've been searching for hours now in the community and can't find this addressed.
I have 3 modules in my course (call them modules A, B and C) Students get to pick which module they want to complete. If they pick Module A, is it possible to somehow get rid of the "next" at the end of that Module A so they don't see the "next" that goes to Module B?
You can understand why I'm not using pre-requisites or mastery paths because it's self-directed and there are no due dates.
Is there a way to book end a module so it's not connected to the next one?
@jcombs , I'm pretty sure this is possible on the back-end with some custom global JavaScript. Yet, you could use Mastery Path's for this by having students pick which Module they want to complete. This blog explains how it would work - https://community.canvaslms.com/people/kona
Thanks Kona for the link - I will go check it out!
@jcombs ,
We are giving the Instructional Designers area a little bit of love and just want to check in with you. This will also bring this question new attention.
