Explorance Blocks Grade

When I try to check my grades on the desktop version of Canvas; it wants me to give feedback on my instructors. The problem is, even when I rate my professor, the popup still appears and will not let me look at my grades. Remind me also does nothing.

Unfortunately, I don't believe many people will be able to provide support for Explorance ... as this is not a Canvas product to my knowledge.  It may be a third-party integration with Canvas that your school has set up.  You will probably need to reach out directly to your instructor or someone at your school such as a local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning department to get further assistance with this.  Good luck to you!  Take care, stay safe, and be well.
