Google Meet set up questions

My school is new to CANVAS.  We are using it for summer school.  We are a Google District.

1.Can I create a Google Meet link for my students to join my class for synchronous instruction? Or does my district admin have to do that?

2.  Also, can I create a reusable link that only my students can log into each time I open a class meeting?

3. If I am able to create Google Meet myself , can you send instructions?

Yes, if you have access to Google Meet, you can add conferences where you'd like in your course. This document includes several details about using Google Meet with Canvas: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-18570-google-hangouts-meet-lti

Hello,

I have read that document several times. It says "Cavas Administrators

will need to install the Google Hangouts Meet LTI in their canvas account"

Then it says "Log in to your Canvas Account and visit the Admin page" That

is where I get stuck.

How do I "visit the admin page"?

When I am in my account it looks like this:
