How do I clear an attempt to allow a student to retake a quiz?

I have a student that needs to have a quiz she started deleted so that she can restart it. How can I clear the attempt so she can start over?

Hi Mindy,

You can not delete the attempt but you can give the student an extra attempt.

I am asking that you please look into adding a way to delete attempts. It is very difficult to explain to a parent that I am unable to delete their child's attempt. I understand that I can take highest, but I take an average due to some students cheating until they get the highest score, so it would be nice when a student takes the wrong quiz, or tries to take it when they are at home with little to no instruction, I can delete it for them to have a fresh start. I teach students who struggle in school, and to give me this capability would greatly help my struggling students. Thank you so much! Deb Chastain
