How do I submit a reply in a discussion, when the reply box is disabled? It just says "loading replies" and will never load the reply box. This doesn't have anything to do with Wifi or Internet. Thanks

You did not state which browser you are using. Does this happen if you change browsers? I would also recommend contacting the instructor to let them know that you are having issues with the discussion as well.
If this doesn't resolve the issue for you, please contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
