How to check student access?

I am an instructor and I have a student who says they logged in and took my final exam. She says she submitted the exam. From all records I see on my end she never logged in to Canvas never mind accessed or submitted my exam. Does anyone know if there is a way to confirm whether or not a student was in Canvas or accessed a test and when they accessed the test?

Go to the people page click on the 3 dots beside her name. Choose user details click access report and it will tell you everything that was accessed on that particular day and whether anything was submitted.
