How to contact a student who is anonymized in speed grader

I have an assignment where I anonymized students' submissions and their names will not be revealed until I manually post all grades. 

One of the students uploaded a file that has issues and I need to contact them to ask them to resubmit. However, it seems that if I submit a comment on speed-grader, the comment will not be delivered until grades are posted. The only other option I can think of is to take away anonymity for the entire assignment, but then the TAs and I would not be able to anonymously grade the rest of the class.

Is there a way of messaging an anonymized student? Thank you!

I don't think there is, I think you'll need to wait until all the grading is finished and you can post the grades to all.
