Hi @kirra_l_seliga and welcome to the Canvas community! You should be able to upload that file using the RCE (Rich Content Editor) when you add content to the page.
I don't know which RCE you are using, so I am including both here. (It depends on what your Canvas admin has selected for you to use.)
1) Rich Content Editor
2) New Rich Content Editor
How do I upload and embed an image in the New Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
In addition, I have included some information on creating pages and a home page in a course.
How do I create a new page in a course?
How do I use the Course Home Page as an instructor?
How do I change the Course Home Page?
What layout options are available in the Course Home Page as an instructor?
Hopefully, this should work. Worst case scenario, if the .GIF file doesn't work for some reason, a work around would be to screencast/screed record the image, save it as a video file, and then upload it into the RCE.
Please let us know if you get this working or if you need additional help. Thanks and good luck!
