I cannot see current week in "Student View" neither can the students

I cannot see current week in "Student View" neither can the students

I cannot see Modules and discussion board in student view

I checked and the dates open to close are current week

I checked and they all indicate published with the green circle with the check

I'm not sure what else to look at and correct

Your help is apprexiated

Hello  @alfred-greulich  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  One thing to check on in your course...are the course navigation buttons for "Modules" and "Discussions" enabled?  Meaning, do you see a crossed-out eye icon next to them in your course navigation (which means they are hidden)?  You'd want to make sure they are enabled if you want your students to access those areas of your course.  How do I manage Course Navigation links?

The other thing I'll point out is to make sure the actual modules are published in addition to the things inside the module. In the example below all of the items in the module are published, but the Module itself is not as indicated by the circle with a line through it.  If all of your modules are like this then there is nothing available for students to see in Modules and thus the left side navigation is automatically hidden.
