IS IT POSSIBLE TO ZOOM WITH ONLY ONE STUDENT ? IF SO, HOW DO I DO THAT ?

MY COURSE IS TOTALLY ASYNCHRONOUS.  OCCASIONALLY, A STUDENT HAS A QUESTION OR TWO AND I WANT TO ZOOM ONLY THAT STUDENT.  CAN IT BE DONE AND HOW ?  

WHEN I SCHEDULE A ZOOM FOR THAT STUDENT, OTHERS E-MAIL SAYING THEY CAN'T ATTEND.

Unfortunately Canvas support can't help you answer this question—I would take it to Zoom support, or someone else you know/work with who uses Zoom.

Good evening, @joseph_iannuzzi ...

By chance, do you have Zoom integrated into your Canvas course?  For example, do you have a "Zoom" course navigation button in your Canvas course?  If so, I am wondering if, when you create a new Zoom meeting, if that integration is sending out an automatic message to your students.  (That's how we have it set up in our Canvas environment, at least.)  If that is the case for you, I have a work-around suggestion for you.  Instead of scheduling your Zoom meeting via your Canvas course, you could go out to the Zoom website (https://zoom.us), sign in with your Zoom login credentials, and then schedule a meeting in your account.  By doing this via the Zoom website instead, it will not send out the automatic message via Canvas to your students...so you could, in theory, create a Zoom room only for you and your one student that nobody else knows about.  Do you think that this would be a workable solution for you?  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon!  Take care...
