Is there a menu location to turn off the feature that populates the answer section of multiple choice quizzes with previous answers? I don't want that drop down menu to appear when typing answers in a quiz.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but this might be a behavior of the browser's auto-fill properties?  You might be able to adjust some settings in your browser "Settings"...though I'm not entirely sure.  Also, you could try highlighting some of those option that you are seeing, and then hitting the "Delete" key on your keyboard to see if they go away.
