Emphasis in higher ed on accessibility compliance for students has risen in recent years, but have faculty and staff also benefited from this increased awareness? Learning management systems (LMS) are often compliant for students, but not necessarily accessible to faculty and staff as they design curriculum, grade and interact with students. Are your institutions providing accessible digital tools for faculty/staff? What areas need to be addressed?
