New Analytics Data

I have enabled the 'New Analytics' feature in my courses to view who has viewed and accessed resources and notifications.  But the data is only displaying up to 15th Jan 20.  How can I get the analytics to display anything past this date?  Now that we have moved to total online delivery, course tutors want to ensure that students are accessing resources and are reading announcements.  I have included a screen shot of the data so far.

I have sent this off to Canvas help. Hopefully, they can be helpful and this gets resolved. If most people are having the same issue, surely this should be a priority.

I think data will be start tracking based on the day you have enabled the new analytic feature. This is my idea, lets wait for their reply

This may be a duh...but you tried dragging the grey bar to the left, right? That allows me to go back to Jan 5th which was the start of the course.  I wish I could get data on a daily basis now that we are doing all online.
